Replying to @rodovich and @reckless Netflix is a good example, if every app could just point to their website to pay, why would anyone use Apple’s? You end up with an App Store full of free apps with IAP and the entire App Store making no money. Which might be fine but I think it would hurt the platform. (original) 05-21

Dont get me wrong I think Apple needs to change something here, but the comparisons against physical stores fall apart in my eyes because of the ability to offer free apps with IAP. (original) 05-21
